1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins.
  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled due to the customized nature of printed products.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at admin@printflowjet.online.

2. Returns Eligibility

Because our products are custom-made or printed on demand, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing error

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customer-provided design errors
  • Incorrect information submitted during ordering
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Change of mind after production

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in denial of the request.

4. Refunds

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund to the original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Shipping charges (unless the error is ours)

6. Shipping for Returns

  • We cover return shipping costs only when the error is due to our fault.
